GalwayGates.Com / KCFM Automation endeavour to give each and every customer the best price along with the highest quality of installation. We have been approved by EQA and certified to install all levels of access control. EQA certification is given after a rigorous audit takes place. During the audit access control training, Garda vetting, tax registration, identification, public liability insurance, and administration are a few points which are checked by the EQA. Once the audit had been satisfied EQA issued KCFM Automation with an Access Control Certificate. Any customer who looks for a company to install electric gates should without doubt contact a company who carries the EQA certification mark. We as a company are more than happy to flag the EQA mark as part of our quality standard.
With regards to electric gates and gate automation in general we take our nationwide installations very seriously. All of our installations are carried out by fully qualified electricians who understand the dangers of electricity know exactly how to install safely and more importantly ensure the safe running of the electric gates in the future. Electric gates have caused extreme injury and most unfortunately fatally injured in the past. The reasons for this are both bad installations and also cheap inexpensive motor control gear which does not meet any safety standard. With so many gate automation kit “bargains” available online today it is so easy for a cheap and unsafe electric gate kit to reach the end user. GalwayGates.Com only install the most highly rates brands in the market. DEA, FAAC, CAME, Ditec, ACT & AES are to mention but a few. The electric gates we install are fully compliant with European safety standards. Each gate automation system we install feature a range of safety features including safety edges, safety sensors, anti-crush and soft stop.
Each electric gate system control panel we install is double insulated and cased within not one but two enclosures. Safety photocells are also sealed using a special gasket compound. Our motor foundation boxs have 50 mm drainage ducts which drain any water into soak pits beneath the motors. Each and every aspect of our installation is thoroughly checked over through our quality checklist. Why do we go to such lengths you might ask. When we install gate automation systems nationwide the last thing we want is a call back but more importantly we want our customers to have the best use from their electric gates and in the end a happy customer is very important for the future growth of our business.
All of our electric gate systems are installed by Frankie McLoughlin of Accurate Electrical Solutions who has been installing electric gates for over 12 years.
